Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time Review

I stereotyped The Legend of Zelda until I got this. You will see why.
Graphics: 5/5 (The game shows off the N64 "rad" engine)
Sound: 5/5 (A wonderful musical score)
Playability: 3/5 (The targeting works well. However, jumping is a pain, and so is the camera...)
Entertainment: 4/5 (The puzzles are the best. Although some are tricky [I could spend an hour on one!!])
5+5+3+4 = 17; 17/2 = 8.5
As the first Zelda game with a 3D layout, this one was the coolest!
The graphics are lovely. Out of all the downloaded N64 titles, these were the prettiest. It was just fun to slash the sword and watch the motion blur! This game had the fewest graphical glitches of my collection, so this explains why this one earns 5 out of 5 on graphics.
I love the musical score. This was the most pleasing part of the game. I could have just sat my controller down and listen to "Kokiri Forest" all day. (Wait, did they include any of this music in Super Smash Bros. Brawl? I don't recall...that sucks.)
Being the platformer I am, I was unexpected to look down at the controller and see no jump button. You see, to jump, you run off a ledge. However, not all ledges will do that (like parts of Death Mountain), and I kept restarting over and over again. That's lame. Plus, the camera was being "GAY LUIGI" on me. I have to constantly use the targeting camera to see what's in front of me. Speaking of targeting, that was the best part of the playability score. It was very fluid and user-friendly. The widescreen effect is awesome, too.
It's annoying that you reboot the game and you start back at Kokiri Forest. It's lame. I don't have time to run 5 miles to my next destination. (I HAVE A PRINCESS TO SAVE!!) Oh yeah, the storyline was great. If you like stories, definitley pick this up.
You are a noob for not trying this game yet. Hang your head and roar like a Dodongo. You will feel bad.
