Super Mario Galaxy Wiki Words

If you've played Super Mario Galaxy, you'll notice that many words and names are coloured in, or have nice little icons next to them. This guide's minor purpose is basically to say what those mean.

Red

Red words are used to mean plenty of things, and some meanings include Rooms in Observatory (things such as the Engine Room or the Kitchen are coloured in red), names (Princess Peach or Bowser). Actual area names are often also red, as are numbers.

Green

1 ups and Luigi, but possibly others.

Blue

Places which aren't referred to by the proper name (like Bowser's Hideout and the 'universe'). This is also used for objects (story book, star shroom) and other informational phrases (such as 'reflect your own abilities'

Icons

Well known things will also have icons next to their names. Examples of this includes Mario and Luigi faces next to their names in text and Star icons next to the words 'star' or 'Grand Star' in text.
