Super Mario 64 DS Review and Guide

Super Mario 64 DS released 8 years after the original
game Super Mario 64. They are very similar in ways of the story line and levels. Super Mario 64 DS has just a few new levels that in my opinion could have been inproved. The main reason this game is so great is. . . it is on a small portable system (Why the DS of course) and you can play as Mario (As usual), Wario,Yoshi,and Luigi (this killed the Luigi rumors in Super Mario 64).

*Yoshi! Yoshi! Wake up! Mario hasn't returned yet!* You start the game of as Yoshi. Yoshi,who can no punch has the special abillity to eat enemies and turn them into eggs. You can then throw the eggs to destroy most small enemies. As usual you have to collect a certain amount of stars to get into a new room. After collecting 8 stars you can go to the Goomboss Level. First of all,get through the level to Goomboss's arena,now,you must fight Goomboss. Use the simple technique of eating the goombas swarming around him and spiting them at Goomboss. Now,when you have hit him 3 times you will have defeated Goomboss and unlocked Mario.

Great! Now you are Mario. It's time to defeat Bowser in the Dark World. Go into the level (as usual) go all the way through the level and jump into the pipe. Okay,now you are going to want to grab Bowser's tail,spin him around,and throw him at a bomb. If you hit the bomb you will have beat him. Grab the key. You're back in the hall,go down to the door nearest to the basement.

You're in the basement. . . Get the required amount of stars to get into Bowser in the Fire World. Once this is done eneter the firery level. This level is much more challenging than the other. This level has fire,fire,and more blazing hot fire! When you have got to the end of the level there will be a tube-like object instead of a pipe. Jump in for a challenge against Bowser. This Bowser is just a bit harder because he occasionaly goes invisible. Once you have thrown him into one bomb you will have beat him. Grab the key,a exit.

You are now back in the lobby. Go to the door you have not yet unlocked and go in. Now,get the amount of stars needed to get to the 2nd highest level of the castle. Have you got the stars yet? Yes? Okay then! You are going to find several more to get to the top of the endless stairs. . . . . . Now that you have enough stars you are ready to battle the final Bowser.

Enter the level. You are now in Bowser in the Sky. This level is much more challenging than the other two. When you have got to the end of thi large level there will be a pipe. Head down for the final battle against Bowser. On this battle you will have to throw him at three bombs. Once you have hit him with two bombs the satge will turn into the shape of a star. This time it is harder to throw him at the last bomb. When you finally hit him with the last bomb grab the star.

Congratulations! You just beat Super Mario 64 DS!
Unlock Luigi-

Go to Big Boo's Haunt as Mario. Now that you are heer go to the top of the mansion where you will see a painting of Luigi. Jump in. Now you have to follow the noises to get to the King Boo. Once there battle the very easy to beat King Boo. To beat him just ground pound him three times. You will now have the key to unlock Luigi.
Unlock Wario-

Go to the famous mirror room as Luigi. There will be power flowers. Grab one and go through the mirror. You will now see a painting of Wario. Enter the painting for a icy level. This level is somewhat hard,but tons of fun (In my opinion). When you have reached Chief Chilly,knock him off the stage three times. (That was easy!) You will now have the key to unlock Wario.
Unlock Mario-
