Has anyone ever thought that it seems most of the good things in videogames have gotten removed early on in the making of the game? Like New Super Mario Bros Co-op mode and the like, and many returning enemies from Super Mario 64. Or how you got to supposedly fight Bowser under the castle with all four characters in the beta version of Super Mario 64 4 X 4. Or how in Ocarina of Time, the town square was more advanced, not so like a cardboard cut out and there were dungeons such as that re-make of the once from the original game where you could get the triforce? Or even how Paper Mario used to have Nep-E Nuts and Poochy in the pre-release version. Heck, most of the wicked Wind Waker beta areas and things, and the two supposedly removed dungeons. The pub like arena in Super Smash Bros Melee?

Am I the only one who would rather Nintendo released the beta version than the normal/finished version for some games?

Deveoplers should give us the old beta content as a free download to anyone who owns the game.

If they did that... I would be in awe for ages. And really enjoying playing through it.

I agree. The final versions seem boring compared to the first post.

Come on, wouldn't you want an Ocarina of Time market which is huge, full 3D and not with annoying fixed camera angles?
