Why is Link thrown out of Hyrule Castle when caught?

I mean, not only does he kind of have a reason with the evil of Gandondorf, the spiritual stones and is ordered to see Princess Zelda, but he's certainly not weaker than the guards. Link can easily defeat Darknuts, Moblins, Stalfos, Lizalfos etc. Yet these monsters have been shown in some media literally destroying the castle guards, hence if Link can beat them, he can either defeat or avoid the guards!

Besides, in the Minish Cap, even when the soldiers were told that the king was possessed and allowed to let Link enter (through the front door), there was still soldiers guarding the side entrances and throwing Link out if caught! Did they not get the damn message?

because guards are like innnocent people only doing there job thats why he wont hurt them and im sure if hed try to explain they wouldent belive him.

Okay then, why don't he just run when caught? I'm quite sure most people would if trying to sneak into an area. Then, there's the Gerudo Fortress, and with no Ganon or Twinrova actually there, and Link being tugher than the guards when they attack him as he tries to free the carpenters, and Gerudos not exactly being on the side of good, why don't he get to retaliate or run then?

gerudos to a point are good there not helping ganondorf the reason mabey he wont beat them up becasue the gerudo people arent helpinmg him in the first place(i think)

He fights them when they ambush him.

Link fights some of the Gerudo guards when he gets caught, but doesn't try to fight others for some reason...

come to think of it i need help hpow do you enter the gerudo fotress? theres a gerudo blocking the gate...

You have to become an adult first, so beat the first three dungeons and get the Master Sword from the Temple of Time first. Then you either need Epona to jump the game or the Longshot from the Water Temple to cross the canyon.
