Does the inclusion of glitches have positive or negative effects for your enjoyment?

Basically, if a game has glitches in, is it a good thing for you or a bad thing? For me, it all depends on the amount and severity, as minor glitches, while not interesting, are also something that can generally be ignored while more major ones which involving freezing the game and corrupted data are great things for glitch hunters but a horrible thing when playing through the game for completion the first time around. I like it when a game has some glitches, as it enhances the replay value for me, but I also don't want ones that delete data or randomly freeze the game.

Glitches that make you yell out like Hey I just made Link invisbile, WTF! make positive effects. But something that freezes the game when you haven't saved for a long time gives me a negative effects. That's a real glitch in Link's awakening.
