To get past star level 4...
1. Go meet the Mountains owner.
2. Play Dowsing after you converse
3. get about 500 points and you will get a Big Shovel
4. when you get about 900 points buy a head(Cheapest is Green Monster Head and Bear Head)
5. get another 900 points (Buy a body, Green Monster Body and Bear Body are the cheapest for 900 as for the Head)
WARNING: MUST GET MATCHING HEADAND BODY TO GET STAR LEVEL 5 FASTER!!!!
6: Go to the Mayor!
7: When she ask you to make a symbol say yes and choose matching head and body.
8: Go to your house and sleep to the morning and the statue should be complete.
9: Go to the moutains and play Dowsing until she gives another game (Paragliding)
10: Play it once and she will give you star level 5.
Now the sims in the town are happy, and Some has arrived in the Air Fields and is having trouble...
