Yeah, he looks like a blue Kirby maskless. You can see that when you die in Dreamland GBA because his mask pops off.

In Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland when you beat him in his little Boss Battle, you see he is like a Blue Kirby, as nickyivyca stated earlier.

no, Meta knight is not the brother of Kirby. Kirby is a Star Warrior, as-well as Meta knight. Galactic Knight is also a Kirby but was cursed by Nightmare. If you whatched the Videos you'll see a few others. Meta knight always thought he was the last star warrior until Kirby came.
