Discuss whether an item would technologically be feasible!

Basically, discuss whether you think a named Legend of Zelda item would technically be possible to make and use in the real world. Note that anything with magic as a focus such as the Light Arrows, Magic Armour or Magic spells is not discussed for semi obvious reasons.

First item, the Hookshot. This is the spring loaded device which allows fast transportation and easy climbing on certain surfaces and objects as well as a way to pull objects towards the user. Would it be technologically sound?

A large Hammer like the Skull Hammer is possible, and usable if you have the strength to use it.

zora armor think about it no oxygen tansk and the fisher men coul go underwater and bring good fish out! or the goron armor so we can study volcanos...hmmwell it isent actually invunreable to fire...for a bit anyways just to heat...

The Goron armour would be easily, heat resistant clothing and even fire proof clothing exists.

What would say most impossible to build items would be?

in smg the fact that the planets there are you can fall of the edge of the walkway into the planet that would exceed building capabilities because the gravitational pull would crush it also it exceeds technolcically feasible for the same reason

I didn't understand much of that, but sounds logical. My next thing would be the impossibility of the hover nozzle of FLUDD in Super Mario Sunshine to work at different heights, as you, in a realistic scenario would fall downwards to where the water from the bottom will be able to reach the ground and couldn't cross from one 50 foot up floating walkway to another in areas like Ricco Harbour.

besides FLUDD unless much bigger would not be able to propel mario controlably upwards and still maintain enough water to clean a wall

That as well. Also, while not technically an item it does not make sense how Yoshi and pieces of fruit evaporate in water.

That's an item I am 100% sure is possible, partly because such things exist, and the only thing different is the shape of it.

Back to the topic, I reckon that a The Poltergust. Yes, it's a vacuum and etc. but where is it getting it's power from? A battery could be inside, but surely it would have to run out sometime...
