Should we hide the amount of members and posts to non members so they aren't put off from joining by us having less posts than some other sites/forums and make them only visible to members using this modification:
http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=148790
Also, should we e-mail inactive members to tell them to return?

They're for vBulletin license owners only, and I didn't create the code, only used it. That sides limits all code viewing to licensed users only to stop piracy.

That's kind of true, but not as desperate as one site. Tried to be a competitor to us, and last post was:
May 18, 2007
Yeah, that's more desperate. Oh, and hows this:
A site which was running since July 2006 has over 2000 members and only around 9000 posts? I think in comparison this place is pretty active.
Oh, and if you ever think a phpBB forum is active, see how many of them have 0 or 1 posts. It will likely be the vast majority of members.
Oh, and this guy probably needs an e-mail:

Every forum I created, he joined, said he'll post a lot and seems to forget the forum address after about a day.

You might as well give all the members who haven't been here for a long time or haven't posted any messages that registered a long time ago and have never been seen. I already e-mailed kyledude92107 (registered around March 28th, last seen March 29th... had that 'cannot-post' problem IYRC)...
did I just make IYRC up or has that been used before (it's the same as IIRC except it's 'you' and not 'I' as in If You Recall Correctly)

well... dont make it "sound" desperate... just be like:
"Remember, you still have an account on DSUltimate! Come and Enjoy"
idk something like that:p

I think the problem with kyledude and so on from Gamefaqs boards is that they cannot keep a commitment to any forum for a decent amount of time... note how many from Gamefaqs just vanish instantly and never return...
That and have they ever returned to your forum UltimateKoopa? But yeah, need to recall all the members who were somewhat loyal and actually posted a decent amount.

I really am not sure what to say without sound desperate.
