Well, there have been several members that have been asking how to post their SMW hacks here on DSU. So, I've decided to make a quick tutorial, along with the required materials to do so. So, without furthur ado...
1.) You need to download the Lunar IPS Patch Utility. Go here for the page with the tool, under the name of "Lunar IPS." http://www.smwcentral.net/?p=list&type=tools
2.) Make sure you have a CLEAN R0M as well as the R0M you wish to make a patch from. First, run the application and select "Create IPS Patch." Then select the CLEAN R0M from one of your file directories. Next, you'll be asked to select the R0M that you have been working on in Lunar Magic. Double-click it. You will then be asked where you want to place your patch and to name it. Do so. Ta-da! You've created your patch.
3.) Use a file uploading site like Media Fire to upload your IPS Patch to the internet. You'll want to compress it first before doing this, either into a .zip or .rar archive. After uploading it, provide the link here, and wa-lah! Members here can use your IPS patch and play your hack.
I've also create a short tutorial in which I create a patch, for visual assistance.

You MUST post your hacks here as IPS patches. Download links to R0Ms are not exceptable, because that would lead to illegal R0M distribution through this site.
An additional note from cheat - "Remember that you will get comments on the ROM hack and people's views. Also remember that it's better to give constructive criticism and that flaming is not allowed, despite how good or bad the actual hack is."
