Is Chrono Trigger as great as people make it out to be? Is the gameplay pretty much similar to Final Fantasy?

I loved the game :) Idk if its as great as people say.. Its a great game thou. it should be ported to the GBA or DS.. I actuly beat it to the end then never finished it ... but then like 3 years later I beat the main boss..

Crono Cross is a great game as well you should diffently play that

.... um... you can beat this game at lots of diffrent times and depdingon when you beat it and who you had as charactors (like witch charactors had joined you) you got a diffrent ending and a difrent bonus :)
