but sometimes when i post rapidly like under thirty seconds it'll say wait some amount of time i do and then it says warning new post so i check it and it warned me about my own post and made me wait another 30 seconds

I think there may be a minor clash between the 'Someone is posting' detection and the flooding limit. I'll try and fix it.
