View Full Version : How is Jolly Roger Bay an actual Bay?

It's nowhere near the actual sea, surrounded by high walls/mountains on all four sides and looks more like a boating pond that a sea side area. And Dire Dire Docks also has no way for actual ships (not submarines) to escape the area. No wonder the Mushroom Kingdom don't have much of a navy, or any at all.

XD at navy.
But you're right, it's not actually a bay. It's just a non-man-made pool. With a boat in it.

Another question. How did the boat get there? And for random sake:
1-How did anyone ever enter Big Boo's Haunt before, no gate?
2- How does anyone logically enter Hazy Maze Cave when there is no entrance? As in, not from the castle warp?
3- Why are their man made things in an active volcano in Letha Lava Land?
4- How the heck is the Igloo so much bigger inside? Is it a http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main.ClownCarBase as in, bigger on the inside than out?
5- Why is there a town (down town) actually below ground level and totally flooded?

4 possibly the igloo entrance is a drop hole to the inside under ground cave

In Hazy Maze Cave, you drop from above. But when you jump, there is no opening.

Mario was obviously drunk at the time, and this game depicts all the many crazy, impossible things he saw. Yes, that clears everything up!

Wet-Dry World is never actually dry, it always has water left on the floor.

That's something to think about, yes. Wet Wet World doesn't seem as good...

Something else that doesn't make sence is this...
When you start the game, you go up a hill, slightly, then in the castle. Then you go in some door, and go down some stairs, then you go down a couple more stairs after going into the key door. Then, go to where the HMC door is, after having jumped on a small ledge, and then, you go down some steps, and down into HMC. Then, you take a left, go over the gap, into the door. Go over the blackhole, go past the boulders, and take some elevator, and go down into where Dorrie is. Then, you some how get to the double doors, and end up going down another metallic pool.. and drop down in to... another level..... so, you take a right, and fall down a waterfall..... dispite the fact you've been going down, down, down, down..... and down.... a few times.... you end up higher then when you started.... <_<

You actually end up about a good 50 feet below where you where you come out, probably a heck of a lot more.

What are you talking about? When you start the game at point [A].... you keep going down.... etc... and then in the "Behind the Waterfall" level, and then fall down the waterfall, the waterfall starts higher than [A]

No, I mean you come out the waterfall at least that higher than where you are MEANT to be... some cave deep underground...
Besides, I thought either the paintings were warp zones or the worlds were IN the painting, how can that make the Metal Cap Cavern connect to the 'real world' or Princess Peach's Castle depending on your perspective of how things work?

More importantly, the area 'Over the Rainbows' is an impossibility. Why?
Tower is not high enough to go into clouds. You can see this from outside. Tower is too small for the areas supposedly inside it. And how can you drop DOWN onto a cloud, which is supposedly high in the sky, and then when you fall end up a few miles above the castle lake area?
Huh?
cheat-master30

Yeah, but going down to get to a high place is logically flawed even in a game.

That's true.

I mean, you go to the top of a tower, jump down something then appear above the clouds?

Wacked up world, I tell you! Wacked up world. Unless if the tower was at the core of the Earth. He jumped in, and went to the other hemisphere of the Earth, projecting him into the sky... Could happen.

That wouldn't project him into the sky, I'm sure of it.
