Not as weird as "gamerhelp.com"... just search for ANY game for gamerhelp.com, and it's "for PS2".

Careless is another guess. I mean, Gamewinners had Mario Kart 64 codes in the Mario Kart DS section, causing many to think the codes were for modern tracks in a modern game...

Yeah. Oh, and just as a funny example of how they need to check their cheats over, all four Yoshi Circuit shortcuts referred to the same trick.

And these are cheats?

Play as Dry Bones use the Dry Bomber.

Press A + B while racing to fly. This glitch may cause you to reset, but may also be an easy way to win.
Learn how to use SSMTS (Snaking). It will improve your time if done well enough, but it is difficult to master.

Right, and with this comes my 'cheat':

Hold A to accelerate. It helps you win.
