And by which, I mean merit pay. Incase you are not familiar with this, let me explain it. Short and sweet here, commission is a percent of the sale a salesperson gets for doing a good job, really. So lets say that a car salesman is getting a 5% commission. If he sells $850,000 in cars, he gets 5% of that. Obviously, the more you sell, the more you get out of it. Now let's scale this to teachers. Teachers DON'T get paid enough money, so I would have to agree with merit pay. Merit pay for teachers would be based on the grades that their students get, or on standardized tests, depending on how it works. I agree with this idea because the teachers would teach their students more zealously for the sake of MONEYZ! People will do lots of stuff for money right?
