It uploaded as a PNG not a GIF. That may be the problem...

Ah, that may help I think. At this current time PNGs can not support animation. Besides Flash is better than Animated GIFs.

Alright, try this... It's pretty okay in my opinion, goes for 10-15 seconds, but it is worth it... sort of... If you like Jigglypuff, then it is...
