As you should have known, the leading series of Nintendo fighting games, the Super Smash Bros series is getting more and more popular, and Super Smash Bros Brawl, the 3rd game in this series is being released this year. So what are your thoughts about the game?

Characters:

Confirmed characters include Mario, Link, Kirby, Pikachu, Fox, Samus, as well as newcomers Wario, Pit, Metaknight and Snake.

Other information:

It is thought that there will be a wifi mode in this game to play online.

It`s one of the games that i`m looking forward to. I don`t like Snake being in the game. I wanted to have only Nintendo characters. I guess they ruin that part.

I don't really mind. Though I hate the pathetic character rumours and lists at Gamefaqs. The boards for this game are in anarchy!

I am not looking foward to this game. It doesn't seem to be any different from melee, plus i sucked in SSBM, so i wouldn't get SSBB just to suck even more

I am, even though I was not brilliant in Melee. Oh well, at least try for the single player.

I'm not looking forward to this either.. only games I want to play now are FF6 and LoZ: pantom hourglass. and a few other DS games.

I recommend a long training. I beatin Classic mode on Very Hard with every character. That took a while. I wonder how many characters Brawl will have. It has to be over 40.

i don't have time for training, thanks to college, and i give up easily, so why train anyway?

I'm not good at fighting games either.. I played SC2 and only used Link and eventuly I was good enough to beat like normal mode..

I play almost all type of games: Fighting, Racing, Platform, Puzzle, Adventure, RPG, Strategy, and only Mario sports games. But I still don`t have the Nintendo Wii to get Brawl.

I like the Mario Genre of games, mostly Mario Party ones! I am probably an average-master skill. Somewhere between there, but my favourite character is JigglyPuff! If he's not in Brawl, then I will scream.

I prefer Mario games, Mario Kart games and Legend of Zelda games mainly.

Melee is still one of the most popular games for Gamecube. I saw a preview of Brawl and the stages are still small.

yea its populer but I'm still no good at it.. I am getting better at Mario kart now but lately we've been playing so al one person can do is place boxes and the other person can do anything... with me only being able to place boxes I won 15 to 2 and with my little brother useing boxes only and me anything I won 28 to 1 but if we play normal we can get 50/50 wins cause he's just as good as me but I'm smart in how i use the boxes and I'm better at aiming red shells.

anyway back on topic..

I have nothing else to ask now....

Kind of is if you aimed the camera behind the character using the debug menu.

I hope they make 3-D levels. That's all I want. Or a pokemon game that isn't turn based fighting, but Super Smash Bros. Melee style fighting!

3D levels would be just awesome, and a totally different idea for the series. Plus, you can have more neat tricks and techniques in 3D than 2D!

You said it... I try to go there, but it can get REALLY irritating...All those Geno and Sonic Fanboys drive me nuts....It does have some cool users though...(Magic4224 and BlueAnnihilator are awesome!)

The thing that bothers me even more are the stupid mods that Gamefaqs has...They banned SA 2 who was one of the coolest people there, and I never saw him to anything wrong yet they keep known trolls there without even thinking...

Agreed. I hate some stupid suggestions though, like really obscure characters and things. I mean, it's like everyone just says their fave character should be in the game without no backing the point up. And trolls are just plain annoying. Like 'I am [insert developers names relative/friend] ask me anything' and all that stuff. Fake information even gets submitted for that game.

And very true about the mods, as I hate most Big Board moderators for that (Big Board refers to any forum with 500 000 posts or more), because they always ban those who don't deserve it. Like how so many intelligent people who posted in my first two Advanced Strategies and Shortcuts topics just got banned for like no reason, yet the trolls and jerks get away with anything.
