That looks pretty good actually, good attention to detail and everything. Possibly the beak needs more work though.

A little of both to be unprecise.
Edit:
The tail is the more of a more sloppier job due to the fact that the paddern is so funky so I would prefer some of it to be a "Drawing on Paint".
