Who here likes the Harry Potter series? The final book has been anounced for release and I can't wait to get it. I've read all the books twice or more other than Order of the Phoenix, which I could never get past the beginning whenever I tried to reread it. I would get bored and just give up, but now I've stuck with it and decided to read it during my study hall. Now I remember why I thought it was so good, the climax was spectacular *Spoilers from here on out* I loved the part where they tried to catch Hagrid and he went Incredible Hulk on them. So many different plot twists right there and from then on out its nothing but non-stop action. After I get done with this I'll read the 6th book for the third time to see if there are any clues as to the other remaining horcruxes that haven't been found. I might go through the first 4 again if I have time, just to do a quick scan for any clues. I almost get the feeling that Harry could be one given what the movie shows of the ending fight in The Sorcerer's Stone (or Philosopher(sp?)). I don't know how accurate that is to the ending in the book, but theoretically, Voldemort forces Quirrel onto Harry, which causes Quirrel to die, and giving Voldemort the chance to make a horcrux, leaving one in Harry, and the other part flying off.

Why read when you can wait for the movies?

I read so the wait for the movies passes quicker.

And to point out the inaccuracies.
Especially since Columbus stopped directing them.
But, good books, book 7 was meh IMO, good, but not what I expected. And Tonks and Lupin died! *cries* WHY!??!

IMO = I mount oxes. It came from that NES game where you ride around on oxes and save random people from wolves.
...not really, it means "in my opinion".
Anyone else disappointed that in the Order of the Phoenix movie, they "fly" while they fight? Now it won't seem as crazy/unbelievable/awesome when Voldemort does it.
