Okay, but needs more detail, and the Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga style is not really a good base here.

True, I just use that base because its the most popular, also its V.1

You're on the road to a cool looking Penguin Mario sprite, but as cheat pointed out, it needs a wee bit more detail and what not. I'm fine with the M&L:SS styled sprites, however.
