To do this, either talk to someone, read a sign, catch a rabbit or anything else that makes a message box appear. Now, use either the super speed code or the moon jump and your character will fly off, out of the area. Finish speaking, and if done correctly, they will be out of bounds, beyond any invisible walls or the like. I did this to get behind character doors, explore outsides of levels and to reach Bowser in the Sky as Luigi the easy way.

I had the infinite wing cap and moon jump codes on and was flying out of bounds on all the Bowser fight levels. :D
