Nintendo DS Browser questions

is it wireless? an do you need a wireless router for it?

dose it support java? or no

you can't download stuff with it right?

No java, I think...

And you probably cannot download any stuff for it. It is really just made for looking at plain text websites. And, I can never find a browser for the Original version, only the Lite version, so you might not be able to find one for the Original.

Are you going to get it, or just leave it then... I wouldn't get it, as I cannot get easy access to Wi-Fi, no broadband, heh!

Im still working on getting a DS... I have a few more games I'll buy for it now :P... but I don't know. I was askign for my brother for now:P

The PSP would most probably be better for internet browsing I think. I just don't think the DS was supposed to be an Internet Browser. Also, I don't think you can download sounds and etc, so no sounds or music on internet. I wouldn't really get it myself, even if I had internet, as I could go on the computer instead!

I probably would buy for security. You cannot currently get a virus on the handheld console browsers like you can with PCs.

But you wouldn't really be able to access as many sites with it... And you'd need internet for it to work, so if you already had the computer... But security reasons is a good idea!

There is no java so that means no games, music or VIDEOS it would be so much better with java.

I think the Wii and DS browsers are a waste of the internet. I want RuneScape, I want Java, I want something better than flash 7.

I think you'd hate the old text based ones then. Not one image, no flash, no java, no scripting, no tables, no style sheets no nothing but text and bold/italics.

Besides, I personally dislike Internet Explorer, as it seems the biggest company has the worst browser...
