I own the GBA version of this game. This game took me a long time to finish. Getting 100% on every stage is the hard part. Who here has ever finish this game?

Not 100%, but I beat the final Bowser battle and I got most of it complete.

Heh, and these characters were the bosses:

BiggerBoo}Bigger Boo
Pottedghost}Roger the Potted Ghost
Milde}Marching Milde
Sluggy}Sluggy the Unshaven
Rave}Rapheal the Raven
TapTap}Tap Tap the Red Nose
Bowser}Bowser

(I know it's adult Bowser, but I have no Baby Bowser smily. Oh, and I should Hookbill the Koopa and those first two bosses).

The GBA has six stages that the SNES didn`t had.

Yeah. You mean the Secret Stages right, like 'Crazy Maze Days', that damn annoying level in world 6 where you had to free fall to avoid instant death spines, jump lava, explore a cave system and dodge Kamek in a clone of the first level, am I correct?

Yeah Kamek was annoying. That maze took me a long time to get all the red coins.

You could've used Bowser Jr, as he looks similar to Baby Bowser!

Meh. Someone should make an actual Baby Bowser smily though, as we need it!

I haven't played this but my little brother has it

You should play this game, as it is a very different kind of Mario platform game, with strange enemies, different theme to every single level and mini games. These are from the game:

Pottedghost}Sluggy}Fuzzy}Kamek}

It's not to everyone's taste though, and not a game to take to the pub!

I played this game today and it felt weird because I was playing the one the DS. Do you want to know what will you get if you get everything.

Don't mind. I knew what I was going to get in Super Mario 64 DS 3 months before I got it thanks to guides online.

The title screen will be night time instead of day. The file will say clear and a picture of Baby Bowser.

Oh, I knew that part, you get that from beating the final Bowser battle which I did ages ago! Is there any truth in these rumours though, that if you get five stars on the main screen you get a harder mode and 6 stars gets a different ending? I heard them somewhere, but cannot remember where...

Luis

No, where you heard that? If they make a harder mode, this will be the harders Mario game. Hard mode example: More enemies, Less egg blocks, Less clouds with stars and the number will drop faster.

Few places. Can't remember really. Is the ending one true, as the Yoshi's Island SNES board seems to sometimes talk about it, and various stuff (well I heard some boards talking about it)? And have you got 100% on all levels?

Yeah, in 2004.

Cool. Thanks. Must say the game is pretty unappreciated:

Like mentioned in my journal.

Your saying that Yoshi`s Island was in Super Mario World`s shadow?

cheat-master30
11th February 2007, 01:24 AM
No, that Yoshi's Island inspired many things in future Mario games. The bit about Super Mario World was not comparing Yoshi's Island to it, or Super Mario Bros 3, or any game to any game. All I said was that Super Mario World inspired many things, that Yoshi's Island inspired a lot and so did Super Mario Bros 3.

Sorry if it sounded different.

Oh, and nice how you are now one of the most active members here!

So do I personally. I love them more when I own them, but I still like staying at Gamefaqs and the like. And I almost always stay at this forum! Because I run it of course!
