How did they get 153 stars?

I know it required an Action Replay, that the Duo allowed you to download a hacked game save with 153 stars, but is there any code/trick using the DS Action Replay to get more than 150 stars? I hear a lot about the test levels, but there are no stars there in my game (seriously, I hit the block and nothing appears, just vanishing from the map) and the 100 coin star I already have somehow...

Is it because I already had 150 stars?

'k. With AR go to the Test map with the infinite coin cheat on, hit the ? mark box with three coins in it, Get the coins and the star will be worth three stars.

Oh, if you have the 100 coin star on the test level in won't work meaning you probably did the same method just with a different coin meaning it won't work on that file.

Also, replace anything outside the castle with toad. Talk to him and he will give you a star.

Ironically, since this topic, I made a code for 152 odd stars all the way to 240 stars.

And then removed it for some reason. But our codes here make it kinda redundant... why have 153 when you can have, 160 + stars?

For some reason, my codes for high amounts cause the file to crash soon after loading if the high total is saved...
