As Soopahsonic said, the mod crowns here and as downloaded look like moderator crowns in Runescape used to represent staff. Well I have a somewhat nice comparison chart:
From left to right are the Runescape mod crown, the default crown downloaded and used here, and a recoloured/slightly edited one which exactly matches the Runescape mod crowns.
