Zelda Music stolen from rubbish game according to Zelda Universe and IGN

How the heck did this company steal Ocarina of Time music from their Shrek game on a non Nintendo made console? Isn't this massive copyright infringement and possibly a light form of piracy?

They stole the overworld music. Pretty funny.

Even funnier how such blatantly copyright infringment has so far not being caught.

If I was Nintendo I'd let it slide. It's not like the game is selling because of it's music. Nintendo isn't loosing any money over it so I don't think they'd be worried about it.

On a side note: My cellphone has a Snowball Fight game on it. The music that plays when you die and when you win is taken directly from FFIV or V. I always think its kinda interesting when you find these random things pop up here and there.

Yeah, I guess. Maybe as an easter egg?

Maybe. They probably just took the sound because the programmers thought it would be cool and funny to add it in considering Square probably wouldn't look to hard into a cell phone game using its victory tune.
