this is a great game. i love the idea of hurling veggies and the game made Peach playable for the first time. I do wish Wart from this game would appear again, but no such luck

I wish characters like Wart, Mouser, Tryclyde, Fry Guy and Clawgrip would re-appear, and they have in the cartoons back then, but no such luck. Did you know this game was actually a game called Doki Doki Panic as they did not release the Japanese Super Mario Bros here until later which was named the Lost Levels? They thought it would be too difficult.

Oh, and then they released the US/European version as Super Mario Bros USA in Japan.

yes i knew what the real mario 2 was like aka lost levels. i beat that game on the all stars version, but could only do it as Luigi XD


i saw screen shots of doki and i see all the similarities.

mario 2 isn't really a typical mario game, so maybe you're not used to its theme. you should play the GBA version since it's soooo easy to gain extra lives.

haha 1-2 I think.. I've never been good a side scrollers if I played it for awhile I could get better at it.. but I'm not good at it at all.
