This guy made a Legend of Zelda theme park in Rollercoaster Tycoon. It seems to be based exactly on Ocarina of Time, and looks so incredible! You really have to see the screenshots and watch those videos, like the following one:

No joke, Nintendo should certainly make a real theme park in this style if they choose to make one.

I remember a topic on some forum about a Mario theme park. Had all this Mario content and everything, but when Nsider went down, that went with it.

There was a Sonic Roller Coaster in SEGA World Sydney. Largest indoor Rollercoaster in the world. Then it got taken down because SEGA was bored or something.

Yeah it actually twists like in the Forest Temple. The detail hre is unbelieveable!
