Ok, Cheat-master, please can you post your valid points why Snaking is not cheating.

Could you also post argument that other people have posted why snaking is cheating.

I don't mean to bring up another argument it's just I need to know the valid points.

I also quintriple posted on the snaking topic on gameFaqs.

For SSMT:

It is allowed to be discussed on Gamefaqs and Nsider, which are against cheating online and exploits.

It is nothing but mini turbos.

Nothing says it is wrong in the book, no mention of only being able to be used on turns.

Staff ghosts in this game and Double Dash used it.

Not 'fixed' even though it was around since Mario Kart 64.

Players Page allows it in non shortcut racing.

You can still and much more easily get three stars using it, are not penalised.

Can be done with about half the karts in the game to an average extent.

Does not require an AR.

Nintendo in e-mails, on the forum and NOA Andy said it was legal.

Not fair (by others):

Not used by computer players

Not how it was meant to be played

Some Nintendo sources are against it.

Some doubt NOA Andy and NOA staff.

Reduces usage of items.
