what do you think would happen if 2 final smashes met, like if mario used his final smash while another mario got a smash ball at the same time, or different ones hitting each other.

I'd say it'd depend on the characters and final smashes. Bowser as Giga Bowser would take mega damage from another final smash but because he doesn't flinch, he wouldn't be knocked out the arena.
