I'm probably trying it for no reason other than to prove it is NOT real. Then documenting the results in the same way certain website owners smashed Triforce rumours.

Besides, how would a SLING STAR take you from the castle grounds to what I assume is Ghostly Galaxy?

AND he said it was a blue sling star, which don't exist. Only yellow sling stars and blue pull stars.

Plus, he said there was a time limit and that you had to start over if you didn't find the switch in 15 minutes. I'm positive it's fake.

The rumour was of a secret galaxy after the Grand Finale one. I've been testing and so far I can't be bothered to see if anything happens after 100 star bits in the Grand Finale. 65 in, and I ended up basically making Luigi run out after the two star bits every 10 minutes that appeared.
