Hopefully, this should be a very, very short list because of how much better Super Mario Galaxy is, but anyways:

1. Slides. There were three in the original, and they were quite fun to ride. I know you have Loopdeswoop Galaxy and two tiny ice slides in Freezeflame Galaxy, but it's not quite the same...

2. Certain enemies. Whomps for one. That Piano I guess for another. Snowmen enemies (Mr Blizzards) for another example. Seems like a few classic enemies got cut in this game.

3. Shell Surfing. However, it was probably cut for four reasons:
1- Manta Rays replaced it in the mini levels.
2- Ice Mario replaced it in Freezeflame
3- Too many ways to do things in a level would make the levels too 'open' and 'easy'.
4- Not enough horizontal space. And in Freezeflame, Melty Molten and other levels where lava keeps Mario in one area, this would allow for HUGE shortcuts. Same in Dusty Dunes Galaxy.

4. Classic Bosses. King Boo, Big Bob-omb, etc. However, it may partly be because of the variety of new foes. But to counter this, those types of bosses could have replaced the duplicate boss battles later in the game.

5. Bigger Mansion. The Ghostly Galaxy mansion was great at feeling like Luigi's Mansion, at least from the outside, but you only got to explore so little inside; a foyer, a hall, a library, another hallway and a room. I wish there were more rooms with more furniture and ghosts. Imagine the Mad Piano's unexpected return...

Again they left too many stuff out? Oh well. Until the next system it might be better or is Nintendo is just getting lazy?

No, not at all! Just a few minor details they missed out on.

Yeah. I wish there were proper slides in the game as well.

The slides I miss, the mini-slides in FF sucked.

The bosses I definately don't miss. They were just big versions of the enemy.

King Whomp, hit three times as opposed to one. King Bob-omb, throw three times as opposed to one. Big Boo, hit three times as opposed to one. Big Bully/Ice Bully just bigger version of the enemy which does the exact same thing except be bigger.

Bosses like Bouldergeist which had no smaller form and was a hell of a lot more original than anything SM64 had.

About the big versions of the enemy, you have a point. However, I would disagree that King Boo in OTHER Mario games is just a larger Boo because of his often radically different attack pattern. You know:

Luigi's Mansion- Bowser costume thing, mines, breathing ice and teleporting characters.

Mario Sunshine- Slot machine with different things on

Super Princess Peach- Not sure, think it involved light and emotions.

He has the potential to be a really good boss battle in the games, and unlike the others, attacks nothing like the Boos in most games. However, I have some things to point out, you may be right on King Whomp, Big Bob-omb, Big Boo and Big Bully, the latter two literally being big enemies with no real extra difficult. Chief Chilly could fit this criteria as well.

However, some bosses such as Eyerok were original fights.

Also, I think the Topman Tribe are the Bully enemy equivalents in this game. Right down to the laughable difficulty.
