Most Surprisingly difficult challenges?

For me, it was probably these:

1. Fiery Dino Piranha. Easiest boss becomes one of the most difficult in the game.

2. Through the Meteor Storm. No joke, it looked easier in the videos.

3. Ghostly Galaxy purple coins. 150 coins, nice easy area, all in one place... What? You only have a minute?!?

2 and 3 I can understand, but I don't get what you mean in number 1 by it being the easiest and then the hardest.

It's a harder version of the first boss you ever fight except more difficult.
