Bowser Jr's Ship in the battle at the end of the Airship Armada. Absolutely nothing compared to the awesome explosions of Megaleg in the Robot Reactor, or surprisingly Kingfin, or much of Battlerock exploding and certainly nothing compared to the end of the universe stuff.

Because all you see is him flying off, a small explosion then another BOOM! And about two pieces of the ship remain flying...

That explosion really is small. Then again, it was Bowser Jr.'s size, so it makes sense to have a low, less drastic explosion.
