I think it would be much better for organization, and I can't see any down-side to doing so. Only positive affects.

I really don't think there is enough activity for it at this moment. Sorry.

The reason I make this now, is so that in the future when there is a lot of activity, it doesn't take forever to move everything and get all of that sorted out. Your call though.

But too many forums makes the site look dead...

It would only by the guides and reviews boards that look dead. They look dead on all boards, even NSider2. It would be better orginization, and less searching. All for the better, I'd say.

A forum looking dead isn't a good thing.

Those 2 always look dead. Look at how the activity has shot up in the last month.

We should still have Fan Guides and Reviews, but put them into sub-forums. Then the site would look just as active and be more organized.

Then'd we would three forums and even less activity.

No we wouldn't. There would be two seperate sub-boards, but the only ones that anyone would see on the main page would be 'Fan Guides and Reviews'. Then we split them up into Guides and Reviews. I really don't see the down side to doing this.

The fact that a sub board is inside a forum which is also technically a forum which then causes posts to go all over the place?

NO! I am talking about making it a sub-board! Just like the town square in Off-Topic, except when you click the original link, there is nowhere to post. You have to either go to the guides, or the reviews board. Get it???

Yeah. I just worry about the activity looking bad.

It wont look bad on the main site, don't worry. You have to understand people aren't going to make as many guides and reviews as they normal threads and posts. It just goes without saying. Fan material boards in general are always behind other boards.
