Your opinion on SHADOW FREEZEING?

As the title says, I wanna know your opinion on shadowfreezing, personally i can't stand shadowfreezing.For those of you who don't know what the shadow freeze is I will tell you. Shadow freezing is a glitch in the game that allows noxus to shoot the judicator further than the shock coil. All a noxus user needs to do is to charge the judicator and aim straight down at the ground. If you are within Noxus' sight, you are practically frozen, once released at the ground the blast somehow hits you even if you were up to 10 characters(or hunters) away, and of course you are frozen...if you are lucky and break out and try to run from noxus, all he needs to do is charge up for like 3 seconds and fire. Put into an easier example, let's say you and a Noxus user are at opposite sides of combat hall, well all noxus needs to do to freeze you is charge and aim at the ground and WAM! You are frozen. I don't care if people use it against me, I just can't stand it.....especially when people say they are crazy good just for only using the shadow freeze, I'll respect that it takes a little bit of skill but not much......Phew! ok now that that is all typed what are your opinions?

Since guides are quite vague on it, I didn't know what it meant until you posted about it. I see no reason to hate it though; it's not quite a game breaker or fun ruining thing.

the thing is it can reach you almost anywhere ,when shot it shoots in front and behind noxus and a bit above of him too. Noxus also is the fastest runner in the game so that makes it annoying, I know ways around it, it just annoys me but i won't quit on someone using it.

Shadow freezing is a strange subject. I really have no opinion on it, really. Sure, it bugs you, but you also have the option to use it if you want to also. Personally, I use Trace, snipe some n00bs, and get killed from shadow freezing a lot too.

nah, noxus is cool, but i've grown to used to Trace.

It's easy, and from my experience, it is a very commonly allowed glitch. People don't get too mad when you do it, as far as I've seen.

So true. Probably the best weapon in the game in my opinion, unless you count the Deathalt or Omega Cannon.

yeah, i like trace, i use him whenever i want to snipe, or turn invisable. i played with my cousin once in a big lava place ( I forget its name) and i went to a good sniping place and turned to ball form then i went invisable. my cousin came up looking for me he didnt find me, then i lunged at him and killed him, it was fun.

Once again you are wrong when it comes to this i do agree about the mkds snakeing(call it whatever you want it is called snakeing) but shadowfreezing really does ruin it imagine trying to fire at someone but stopping and stopping while he gets his imperalist out and blows you up?

But not as much of a game breaker as real cheating. Hacking for example. Imagine playing nicely then someone turning into Deathalt form and instant kill obliterating everyone. Or someone shooting the Omega Cannon in Combat Hall at point blank range. That is game breaking.

I might not like the shadow freeze much, but there are ways around.....or through it.Weavel Weav}-aim b-hammer at noxus' feet and make him get launched into the air(keep distance). Trace Trae}-jump then turn into alt for a pretty big jump and lunge at noxus in midair( you will land behind him). Spire Spire}-burn noxus and watch him die while you are frozen, the burning will shake your opponents screen making it hard for headshots.
Noxus Nox}-fight fire with fire.....erm....ice with ice. Be creative...

first, all who are annoyed by shadow freezing blame nintendo, it is NOT a glitch, the reason SF works is because a charged judicator shot has infinite vertical velocity(it goes up forever if your pointing straight), so since it isnt a glitch, someone meant to put it IN the game. Personally I get annoyed by snipers, I know sniping is a part of the game as is SFing, but snipers are just pussies who cant get off of a ledge and actually fight! Not only that, but many people are so used to sniping that they DON'T know how to kill with skill without their silly little red beam. Even if your trying to trace the sniper back to their spot, by the time you get up there you will have died 3 or more times and... awww.... they moved... The only way to efficiently kill a sniper is to snipe them, which gets boring...

Depends how good the sniper is. But I do know that it's possible to counter. That's from experience (and without sniping).

exactly, I SF sometimes, but you can't see tho, so SFers are not n00bs at all, atleast the good ones... but it takes skill to point at the ground and actually get it pointed towards them accurately, SFers are just hated because they take advantage of that, usually smart SFers will freeze, quickly switch to imperialist, and blow your head off while you can't move(tho thats pretty unfair).

If you mean the millionaire thing... that's a forum game. We did have a money system as well, and will probably re enable it soon (money meaning points/fictional currency).

well, it may be an unfair advantage, but shadow freezing also can be very tricky to use....for one it hogs up lots of ammo per charge shot, and it really doesn't do a lot of damage( unless they imp. you afterwards). also there are many areas you can hide away from noxus. The thing I find unfair about the SF though, is the fact that noxus runs faster than any other character, so you can't just "run away" you have to really think of an escape plan.

actually it's easy to shadow freeze. Why? Shadow freeze doesnt only work on the ground. Works anywhere you are. Basically, if you do a jump, aim down, and shoot when the vertical part of the wall is beside the enemy, it will freeze(it will hurt them instead if you change your aim a little). But a flaw of the glitch, doeesnt go ALL the way straight. Tried in a combat hall bot match. i was at one end, them at another. Didn't hit. Didn't freeze. Goes about 10-20 metres I think. But I will now show something cool I found. It also works vetrically(as long as they are in front). If they are a or two above, below you, go over them and make sure the radar on you is in front of them. Shoot straight, and it will freeze them. Not sure if it works diagonally(trying it out). Any questions, ask me them. Anything I left out, sorry.

(This is why Noxus is my main 2 player wifi man, go to fuel stack, and freeze them when they are in the energy levitate thing. Boom, they die. Works on hackers too. If they levitate, they will levitate their way to death lol. Infinite Health, they still die and they lose a point. But bad against omega cannon hacks.)

yup. it works diagonally. just harder to aim. some wifi shadowfreeze pro did it on me(diagonally), and it worked. i tried it, and it worked.
