Link to the Past is a great game, and my brother and I like it because you can play it marathon style. So far I know of four glitches, there should be many more.
1. Death Mountain Descent-I have heard that what you do is make sure you have a fairy, then go near the side of the bridge on Death Mountain in bunny form, then use your Magic Mirror. Then move over one pixel. Do this a lot of times, and eventually you will be floating on the gap. If you keep on going you will get to the other side. Once you get there some of the squares will reversed.
2. Underworld-Watch this video and do the glitch at 5:15. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=17V4By_r2AI
3. gO to an area like the item in thr 5th dungeon. Push one of the blocks on the top or bottom. Then move up or down while it is being pushed. Your hands will look like they are pushing something when they aren't. I found this out myself.
4. Ghosts of Misery Mire-Go to the misery mire area in dark world. If you use the bombos medallion you can kill a non-existing thing.
And tricks...
Go near the guy who doesn't want you to take his sign away. Pick up the bottom block southwest of you. Go inside and kill the pots. Each has 1 blue rupee. Go outside, then back in. You can get them again, and make your counter go to 999.

And really a really funny easter egg that isn't on gamefaqs, go to the house north of the two rows of plants, lift up the pots, and put magic powder on the chicken. It will turn into a lady! It will talk to you, saying that it wants to be a chicken again. This was found out by me.
