Ignoring how he goes off course and that, it requires a decent amount of skill to successfully dodge a Blue Shell and I'd say he's got the Blue Shell dodging part nailed down.

I can dodge those shells! Sometimes... But still, I've done it once, and wowed my friends when showing them!

BSD Is rediculously easy when 150CC...like he was most likely doing.
