How ironic. Especially for how it appears in Galaxies where there's absolutely no one to welcome you and it may as well say 'Get lost before you're doomed'. Yeah, that's really appropriate in the Bowser Levels:
'Stomp him Megaleg!'
'I'm going to stomp you into space bits!'
'Give 'em some heat King Kaliente!'

Even more so in the Dreadnought Galaxy (a floating battleship?), Bonefin Galaxy (welcome... but watch out for the Mario eating 800 foot shark which somehow works for Bowser and attacks with infinite kamikaze robo piranhas and also probably wiped out all life in the galaxy), Melty Molten Galaxy, Bubble Blast Galaxy (welcome... but you're suicidal) etc.
