Well, after reading so many articles about why 'New games are so much easier', I am willing to ask this question. Do you, the majority think games are getting easier (even those in the same series and style)?

I personally don't, as you can hopefully tell from here:

But do you?

This is kinda hard to pick but it`s true that the old games has easy bosses. I`ll think about that.

That's possible, but I don't think games like New Super Mario Bros and Yoshi's Island DS are, just ones like Luigi's Mansion.

Your only going by the Mario series. What about the other games like Metroid? I had a hard time beaten Metroid for NES and in Metroid Prime 1 seems to be easier. In the NES you don`t start with full health everytime you load the game.

I never played them enough to find out. I know the Legend of Zelda series seems to be as easy as it always was.

How about unrelated Nintendo games? Did you played those?

No, except for a few on the PC, and those were either difficult or hard, and I can't judge.

2:they are harder take zelda for example the 2-d ones have big rooms wirth pots to get life like in the boss rooms for example but in for example alttp the final boss has no life to pick at.

Is that harder or easier? Oh, and I will say at least there are difficulty variations in all games from all time periods.
