What do you hate online?

I am incredibly sure that many people here have personal things they dislike encountering online, and I sure do, so this topic is here to relieve your anger with some of the most annoying things of websites, forums, the internet itself and users online.

My dislikes:

Websites

Only works on Internet Explorer! IE is not the internet!
Gives viruses or spyware, or those adverts which try and download that malware to your computer!
Myspace. Because quite a few people seem to think customising Myspace is website design, when it is not.
Not finding what you want. Why do I always forget the address to the things that generally interest me most online? I saw so many good things before, but I forgot where most of them went. Must be like offline then...
Background sound. Don't try and force your music interests on others.Forums

How so many boards have almost a feudal heirarchy system with newbies being disrespected and veterans being respected just because they were at a forum longer.
Stupid rules. Why wait 1000 posts for picture posting and a signature? Why limit posts if the person is new? Why ban external links in signatures?
How most intelligent topics get ignored or replied to with spam comments and the useless junk that seems to appeal to the majority gets flooded with discussion in five minutes. Like someone acting an idiot on Youtube gets five hundred posts and an intelligent article about something higher intelligence and with more thought goes straight to the third page?
How people post smilies rather than sane posts even in intelligent discussion.
O'RLY pictures. I like them, but I find them so overused, and saw like 30 in a row in some places.What do you hate online?

I also hate having to pay for content, or to have to log in to view a forum or message board.

Other things I dislike:

How people on many forums, like here seem to like post three things a day and leave. I mean, why is no one ever online at any forums I visit, and even if they are, only about three people at most? Just tell parents and bosses to shut up, leave you alone and ignore work for damn sake!
How people seem to write a leaving speech whenever they want to quit. Just go already! Or better off, just leave your account, and you may decide to return at a future date!

I go on when I can. I wouldn't think about telling my parents to shut up for this forum, as they're nice, but when I have the time, like right now I'll be on. i know and people do need to learn to just search the fourm before they ask a question... because 95% of the time it has been answered.. and it's faster to search then it is to wait for an answer from someone else... mos of the time anyway

speaking of gamefaqs, what is it with people who gladly announce to the world that they modded someone? that defeats the purpose of reporting people in secret and you can get modded yourself!


what's even more lame is when you have a topic that is several pages long, "debated" by only 2-4 people while other randomly post, you're bound to see some idiot who has to refer to a dictionary just to prove their point >.>
