Mine was so obviously when I first got a Nintendo 64 console and started to play Super Mario 64 for the first time. The areas just felt so new, and amazing, the Chain Chomp felt a bit off putting and I was always wondering what to do.

Then, I saw how awesome the later courses like Shifting Sand Land, Wet-Dry World and Tiny Huge Island were on someone else's copy of the game, and enjoyed those as well.

I also remember playing this game at every possible moment, finding glitches in it, challenging myself. And of course, getting all 120 stars.

Same here probably. I think I screamed so loud, the neighbour's were telling Mum and Dad to make me be quiet, as It was early in the morning! Whoops! And add a Mario Party 2 into that story you wrote, and you have mine. And on that Christmas morning, when I held it, I thought a bowling ball was in there! I had intentionally wanted Donkey Kong Country 3, but I got something way better!

Heh. Good job you never tried to use it as a bowling ball! Oh, and that's lucky I guess.

1) Getting a Wii

2) Getting the WR on MKDS FS and being the first sub-1:44

I had 1:44:300 for a while, then boom, I beat the wr by 0:004, getting 1:44:074. Then the big one come, I reached... 1:43:957!!!

cheat-master30
12th March 2007, 11:39 PM
And you got beaten by now, right?

Luis

I`ll say some of them: playing four players in Mario Kart 64, playing Starfox 64 every time I wake up in the summer in 2005, the non-stop playing of SNES Starfox, finding glitchs in Twisted Metal 2, scoring the world record in Starfox Assault.

Mario Kart 64 must have been awesome. Sad I never owned the game.

I have not tried Starfox games, but you obviously so love those games and scoring a world record is always fun.

Glitch hunting I too enjoy, and you may have guessed that.

I case you haven`t notice that the record in my signature had raise by 3. I manage to beat my record in mission 2. It raised on February 28. Super Mario SunShine was SO enjoyable. I didn`t want to turn off the Gamecube. I couldn`t play Super Smash Bros Melee because I was laughing too much.

So true. I loved first getting Super Mario 64, beating the last of the Elite Four in Pokemon games is always excellently fun, and that moment when you beat Bowser in the Sky in Super Mario 64... I can sure tell how you know that's a great moment.

cheat-master30

I always use the touch screen to swing Bowser, but I do agree that using an analogue stick is a ton better than a touch screen or DS pad.

A buddy of mine let me play Link's Awakening on his GB for a couple of minutes. That's what really got me into gaming.

All my bros had a GBC, so one day when I was in 1st grade, me and my dad went up to wal-mart and I saw one that was purple-transparent, and I got it with Tonka Raceway USA. I was the happiest kid ever.

Playing Mortal Kombat 2 and Super Mario World for the SNES for the first time. Mario I played at the dentist's office, and MK was with a friend of mine that was an MK master, she kicked my butt to the curb every time we played, and NEVER messed up on a finishing move, even the really hard ones.

Ex, the world record was actually 1:44.074, not 1:43.084. I then was the first sub-1:.44 with 1:43.981, then I lost it.

And yes Cheat.

Beating Super Mario 64 (in the last 30 minutes of 2006, lol).

Also, yet to come, beating Event Match 49 and 51 in SSBM.

I've tried 49 a few million times... Some day I will pass, hopefully. Boo:}

When I was driving along in KAR and Dyna Blade came out of nowhere and stomped on me. It took FOREVER to beat that mission.
Also when my friend and I beat a GIANT tank in one of his games. (Desert Storm 2: Back to Bagdad) it took FOREVER to beat that one too. Then I cam up with a strategy

Soldier of Fortune, the mission when they bomb the hidden gearshop. Sam was like.. a friend to me at the time. The game sucks you up. Sam ment the world to me. Without him I was useless. When those bastards bombed the shop I went in there like a nut. "Where's Sam?! Where the **** is Sam?!!" When I saw him lying there on the ground with blood al over him I didnt hesitate. Carried him outside as quick as possible and got him to the hospital. He was like a brother to me.. then and now. So it was like saving my brother from a collapsing, burning building. Those moments were heavy.

The best to me was probably playing Halo 1 at the age of 7, whilst throwing grenades at my feet.

benoit489
28th February 2008, 07:07 PM
My most awesome moment in playing Halo was my first ride in a hog. We had gotten half way to red base in blood gulch when our hog was flipped. All 3 of us ran for cover behind the hog while getting shot at from everywhere. It was epic.

I was very excited when my brother got his copy of SM64. He let me play it, and since he's at college now it's mine, even though I beat it. I was happy when I beat BitS and got all the stars and those bonuses. I still play it from time to time to pull off cool tricks and glitch hunt.

I don't think any other game had an impact as SM64 did on me.
