Will the Wii maintain it's lead in the console war?

Even though I find the idea of console wars pointless, do you think the Nintendo Wii console will be the leader in sales in a few months time? You probably know my answer on this, with the yes being because of the likely phenomenal sales of Super Smash Bros Brawl and Mario Kart Wii (and hopefully some more new games, like a Wii exclusive Legend of Zelda game, which can happen like how the Nintendo 64 had both Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask). Do you think it will keep winning?

And we all know the PS3 will likely fail.

The 360 is getting Gears 2, Halo Wars, and Banjo Threeie.
PS3 just got UT3, and GTA4 is coming soon. (same with 360)
The Wii is getting SSBB, MKWii, and probably some neat games announced at E3 '08.

Wii took the lead a couple of months ago, around when Halo 3 was released.

Wii is the blue line, notice how it cuts across the green line (360) in September? The gap is only getting bigger too.

The Wii and 360 have great games. The 360 has more good games out right now, but the system itself isn't very intuitive. The Wii has less good games, but most of the good games are great games. Also, the Wii is the most intuitive system I've seen since the Virtual Boy.

That's why I believe the 360 will have an extremely difficult time catching up to the Wii.
