This game is Command And Conquer, Tiberian Sun. It is the third installment in the series, and has some of the best gameplay in my opinion.

Also, it has a nice soundtrack. Here is a song from the game:

Check out the related videos. They also got great in game music. But that's just my favorite kind of music, so several other people out there in cyberspace have disagreeing reviews about it.
