I need help with something

Hi. I've been looking for a good emulator on the internet. I was wondering if anybody knew of a good one with a good debugger, so that I can proficiently create codes more easily. I have No$GBA freeware version emulator. I don't particularly want to buy the professional version. The emulator needs to run Super Mario 64 DS, at a good, fast pace. Say...60 FPR. Thanks. Bowser}

Er... The newest FREE version of NO$GBA should run SM64DS perfectly. It does for me anyways....>_<
