Yes, I have ran into this %(*%(*) yet again. And once again, attacks me only. However, he did not get me as much as he used to and I still came in 2nd. Of course when the round was over, he DCs. I did find one track to counter him on I think. Mario Circuit 1. By the time I get to the item boxes, he just arrives there. The track is short too.



I also emailed Nintendo about him, but I dunno if they will do anything.

I'm starting to think that I should invest in an AR just to get even. But I never used one and I wonder if I can turn the codes on or off in the middle of the game cause if I have to reset the game to shut the codes off or change em, then I'd be cheating on everyone by mistake.

Not sure. You could try just quitting before the race starts, at the character select screen as to not disrupt the game for others.

Although I am not trying to be a jerk, snakeiller is correct (maybe for once) by saying that flaming is against the rules, as I do not want hostile attitudes here, nor flame wars. That's why I banned 'snaking' arguments, regardless of what side the posters are on (nothing is allowed to be posted that directly says 'snaking' is either a cheat/unintended or it's fine and 'anti-snakers' are wrong, because of future hostility reasons).
