Hm... for the custom title you need to goto "My Controls", and click edit your details,
the custom title box should be in the first part of the page.

As for the pictures... you don't get to choose which specific one, goto "My Controls" and under Networking it says "Group Memberships" join the ones you want, and as your number of posts get higher you get different pix, phazon suit = ALOT of posts, I'm pretty sure over 1000. At 18 posts I'm not sure what you get, as I joined groups after about 100 posts lol.

Oh and, did you make that sig pic? Cuz I'd like one of those, wondering if there's a generator or if you just made it yourself?
