hmmm, in sic transit go to where the battlehammer is and line up to the right of the ice shard sticking out of the wall.while walking backwards into the wall shoot a missle at the ground and you should fall back into the wall. you will begin to drop into the shadow world, but if you jump forward as close as possible(not on) to where the jumper pad would be(jump forward while falling), you will land on a safe floor. you should now be under the stage! look up and fire out through the ground!(you can see the arena above you) to exit the glitch walk into where the jump pad should be (in front of you)
this is a pretty tough glitch to perform the first time!(afterwards it's easy.)

Heres another one in sic transit. Go to the bright gold room. look at the slanted floor, there is a small area where you can fit in biped in the wall above the slanted floor. Jump into the wall once you are in position. Shadow world is waiting for you now........
