Can anyone tell me why hackers still insist on playing online?

And I think AR is only bad used for cheating purposes against human players. Don't mind beta stuff and stuff like that on your own, but it's so low to use parallel hacking in Mario Kart and infinite items etc.

Oh, and in case anyone does not get what parallel hacking is:

It's where, in Mario Kart DS, the others race on a longer course like Rainbow Road while you race on a short one, like Test Circle (it's three seconds long, 1 lap) and items freeze the game.

charpeedarht actaully Im'ed me to ask where to get a MAX when they were out:)he wants to "hack", we can all tell.
though AR isn't hacking to the 1st degree. It's simple pre-made gameplay bending codes... same as a hack.... but since they're on the market, they aren;t considered hacks AND you can also use them single player.

it gets really confusing.^^

If you wanted to be a real hacker, you would at very least need to be making and using your own AR codes. This would have been handing for DS hacking though:

we've discussed in some thread that AR is not hacking, since it is legal, you do not make/upload "hacks", and it is code system that doesn't have an upgrade to not work in online play... so you're not hacking, but "cheating."

Don't think so, but depends on the code. Mario Kart Double Dash was interesting with this to say the least, and you could make your opponents float right off the level by moon jumping yourself!
